I met Barbara Bassill 9 years ago, in a coaching capacity. Her immediate understanding, kindness and compassion stood out as qualities that made her a woman of heartfelt authenticity, integrity and depth. Over the years, I've come to know Barbara as a charitable woman with tremendous willingness to give freely of herself and the ability to serve in a leadership capacity. She has been a devoted wife to her husband of 33 years, and has mothered three now-grown children with loving attention to their individual needs. She is a strong role model for younger and older women alike. Barbara Bassill has been an inspirational support, wonderful friend, trusted advisor and coach to me and our educational non-profit, EduCare Foundation, for more than 15 years. As our organization has grown, she has provided us with creative ideas and opportunities that have helped us greatly to move forward. Barbara's compassion and wisdom coupled with her commitment and sincere desire to bring the best to people, and out of people, is such a gift. Her enthusiasm and positive approach are contagious. Barbara is extremely intuitive and knows how to follow her heart. She tunes in to people and is able to zero in on finding strategies that work best for the individual she is working with.

The word that immediately comes to mind when working with Barbara is: impeccability. I know when Barbara is on the job that I can count on her to show up, do the work at 100% and do it in the most impeccable and loving way. Barbara has been a huge help to me. Her guidance and coaching with regard to physical well-being has been of the utmost importance and help to me. I had a knee replacement and Barbara was right there. Helping me and coaching me to get “back up”. Barbara showed me how to lose weight, how to work on myself, how to exercise in an easy way. I have released tons of weight because of Barbara’s coaching and am in better shape now than I have been since my 30’s. Her coaching is absolutely stellar and like no other. She is not one of those internet people that promises you the moon. She really works with you and helps you to accomplish that which is dear to your heart and for me that was my health. I applaud Barbara for her work. She’s truly become my person to call on when I need help for me in all areas of life!

I have known Barbara Bassill for at least 25 years. Our friendship began when she and her husband invented and marketed a wine dispenser for restaurants and wine bars, which offered an innovative way of keeping open bottles fresh. She had a good sense of business, at the same time showing a friendly and educational approach to her clients. Subsequently, I became associated with her and her husband in another venture, where she showed considerable inner strength when major problems arose with a Chinese supplier who was less than honest. Barbara is sophisticated, worldly-wise and never overlooks the human element. She makes friends easily, has a lot of natural charm and is hospitable and sensitive to others. She is a wise counselor and coach, never imposing her opinions on others. I cannot think of another person I would trust as much for their opinion and help when needed. She has proven to be a loyal and valued friend.
